Choose a widget
LoboBot has three widgets. Each one is a browser source: you create it in the dashboard, copy its URL and add it to OBS or Streamlabs. You can put several on the same scene, each in its own source.

Refreshes in OBS is how often the widget in OBS asks for new data. LoboBot itself fetches Riot data on a slower schedule, so a new rank or match can take a little longer to appear: see How often data updates.
